Strawberry lemonade yogurt Popsicles

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup organic lemonade
2 tbsp agave nectar

Blend all of the above, pour in choice Popsicle holders, freeze 4-8 hours depending on size, & enjoy!

If you don’t have Popsicle makers you can also use a small cup, fill, & cover with foil or Saran wrap, poke a small hole in center of foil or wrap, and stick a wooden Popsicle stick (found in any craft dept) in the hole, and freeze!

Thai sweet chili brussell sprouts with peanuts

1-2 lbs fresh brussell sprouts
Bottle Thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (crushed)
3 tbsp olive oil
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

Cut ends off of sprouts, then cut in half. Layer in a Baking dish (I use a 13 x 9). Drizzle olive oil, salt, & pepper and blend. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes uncovered. Stir and bake an additional 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with the roasted peanuts & drizzle desired amount of sweet chili sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. Stir a tad & serve!

Grilled mozzarella tomato turkey burgers

1 lb Ground turkey
1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1 cup mozzarella
4 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 eggs (we used fresh hen eggs)
1/2-1 cup panko bread crumbs
A few pinches fresh rosemary
Emeril’s essence seasoning
Slap ya mama seasoning
Garlic powder

Combine all ingredients, shape into size patties of your choice, & grill!
